RESCENE ranked No. 1 in the August 2026 rookie idol group brand reputation rankings, showing a strong increase compared with the previous month.
On August 4, the Korean Business Research Institute released its latest rankings based on data collected from July 4 to August 4. The analysis covered rookie boy groups and girl groups that debuted in 2023 or later.
RESCENE recorded a brand reputation index of 6,777,877, rising 33.46% from its July score of 5,078,631. The group earned high scores across participation, media coverage, communication, and community activity.
CORTIS placed second with an index of 4,540,233, marking an 8.72% decrease from July. ILLIT ranked third with 1,584,058, down 36.42% from the previous month.
TWS followed in fourth place with 1,447,697, while KiiiKiii completed the top five with 1,385,044.
The top 10 for August were RESCENE, CORTIS, ILLIT, TWS, KiiiKiii, MEOVV, idntt, Hearts2Hearts, BABYMONSTER, and izna.
The institute said the total amount of data used in the analysis increased by 11.75% compared with July. Communication activity rose by 21.96%, while community-related activity increased by 27.44%.
Regarding RESCENE’s results, the institute said phrases such as “support,” “reverse climb,” and “rank No. 1” appeared strongly in the group’s link analysis. Keywords including Love Attack and Re:Mind also ranked highly.
RESCENE recorded a positive reaction rate of 92.58%. The rankings are based on online data and engagement indicators and do not directly measure album sales, music chart performance, or overall public popularity.
