Girl group RESCENE has added another major milestone to its growing success, with LOVE ATTACK earning its first terrestrial music show win nearly two years after the song's original release.
On July 26, RESCENE appeared on SBS' Inkigayo, where the group performed a special stage of Deja Vu, the title track from their second single album Dearest. During the broadcast, LOVE ATTACK was announced as the program's No. 1 song, giving the group another music show trophy.
Originally released in August 2024 as the title track of RESCENE's first mini album SCENEDROME, LOVE ATTACK recently experienced a resurgence in popularity before reaching the top of a major music show. The achievement highlights the song's continued support from listeners and marks another significant milestone in the group's career.
After receiving the award, the members thanked both their fans and the public.
"To REMINE and everyone who helped us not just dream, but achieve our dream, thank you," the group shared. "Thank you, REMINE, for always supporting us. We'll continue to work even harder."
The group's special performance of Deja Vu also drew attention for its refreshing concept, polished live vocals, and synchronized choreography.
The latest win completes RESCENE's music show triple crown following previous victories with the remake single Pretty Girl on The Show and Show! Music Core. With the additional Inkigayo trophy for LOVE ATTACK, the group has further strengthened its reputation as one of the standout fifth-generation K-pop girl groups.
RESCENE has also continued to perform well on digital music platforms. Pretty Girl has ranked highly across major streaming charts, while LOVE ATTACK has reached the top of Melon's TOP100 and daily chart, further demonstrating the song's strong and lasting popularity.
