BTS’s Jin became one of the biggest talking points from the Paris stop of the group’s ARIRANG world tour, where he performed in custom Gucci outfits before approximately 92,000 fans at each concert.
The shows were held at Stade de France on July 18 and 19, Korean time. As the concerts unfolded, keywords connected to Jin appeared on real-time trend lists in several countries, including the United States.
During the performances, Jin combined live vocals with full-stage choreography. He also shared a warm message with fans during the “ARMY Time” segment, when audience members were shown on the venue’s large screens.

Jin appeared holding a sketchbook that read, “THANK YOU PARIS♥ See You ARMY.”
He later posted photos from the Paris concerts through his personal Instagram account.
Fan-created phrases such as “RETURN OF PRINCE JIN” and “LE PETIT PRINCE DE PARIS,” meaning “The Little Prince of Paris,” also entered real-time trends.

Jin’s connection with Paris had previously gained attention when he served as a torchbearer for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. At the time, French weekly magazine Paris Match described him as a “true prince crowned 235 years after the French Revolution.”
Gucci added to the attention by releasing official photos of Jin wearing custom-made pieces during the Paris concerts.

The fashion house wrote, “Global brand ambassador Jin was seen wearing custom Gucci at BTS’s ‘ARIRANG’ world tour in Paris.”
Jin became a global ambassador for Gucci after completing his military service in 2024.
Following the two sold-out-scale Paris performances, BTS will continue the ARIRANG world tour at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on August 2 and 3, Korean time.
