BTS’s Jin is drawing attention with a new 30-second video released as part of his cover feature for ELLE Korea’s August issue.
The magazine shared the short clip through its official Instagram account and YouTube Shorts under the title I Was Just Looking at You...
Rather than using elaborate effects, the video focuses entirely on Jin as he looks directly into the camera.
Surrounded by classic wooden furniture and an antique clock, he rests his chin on one hand and later crosses his arms.
The clip ends with Jin giving viewers a wink and a thumbs-up.
ELLE Korea introduced the video with a playful caption referencing his “Worldwide Handsome” nickname.
The magazine wrote, “He was only looking at us, but... ‘Worldwide Handsome,’ who dominated the halftime stage, has a special ability. When you look at him, you lose all sense of time. What day is it today again, Prince?”
The words “Wednesday,” “Friday,” and “Sunday” appear one after another over Jin’s face, matching the caption’s joke about losing track of time.
The video follows strong early demand for Jin’s ELLE Korea cover feature. Pre-orders opened on July 10, with all six cover versions performing well across major bookstores.
The covers reportedly occupied positions from No. 1 through No. 7 on real-time magazine bestseller rankings, including at YES24.
ELLE Korea further highlighted the collaboration by replacing the header images on its official YouTube, Naver, and X accounts with photos of Jin.
