Kang Mina drew attention after appearing at I.O.I’s 10th anniversary concert, easing rumors of conflict among the members.
On June 1, Jeon Somi shared a vlog on Instagram from I.O.I’s solo concert, “2026 I.O.I Concert Tour: LOOP,” which was held from May 29 to 31 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul.
In the video, Kang Mina made a surprise appearance in the concert waiting room around 9:30 PM. She was seen sitting next to Chungha and singing happily, showing a bright and friendly mood with the members.
Although Kang Mina was unable to join I.O.I’s recent 10th anniversary album and stage activities, her visit to the concert showed support for the group. I.O.I released their third mini album, “I.O.I : LOOP,” on May 19 to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary. Kang Mina and Zhou Jieqiong did not participate due to unavoidable schedules that had already been arranged.
After some members were absent from the comeback activities, rumors of conflict began to spread online. Kang Mina later addressed the rumors through a fan communication platform.
She said, “Even today, the members and I talk almost once a day, saying we miss each other and congratulating each other.” She also added, “Why do people live so tiredly talking about conflict rumors and things like that? Instead of spending time on that, please congratulate the girls more for winning No. 1.”
With Kang Mina being seen at the concert and her direct message to fans, many believe the rumors have been clearly denied.
