The finale focused on Joo In Ah, played by Shin Hye Sun, and Noh Ki Joon, played by Gong Myung, as they worked together for one final mission to protect Haemu Group from being sold. Their plan faced a major challenge when Jeon Jae Yeol, played by Kim Jae Wook, seemed to step away at a key moment.
However, Noh Ki Joon refused to give up. He reminded Jeon Jae Yeol of his own past words, saying, “The things you do not do leave more regret than the things you try.” His honest words eventually changed Jeon Jae Yeol’s mind, leading him to join the final effort to protect the company.

Joo In Ah admitted that marriage still felt unfamiliar and scary, but the person she wanted to share both happiness and sadness with was Noh Ki Joon.
By the end, the two found their own balance between work and love. At the company, they continued as respected colleagues. Outside work, they stayed by each other’s side as lovers. Their ending gave viewers a sweet and complete happy ending.
