Han So Hee turned heads with her bold fashion at the 79th Cannes International Film Festival.
On May 17 local time, the actress attended the red carpet event for “Garance”, a film invited to the competition section of the festival. The event was held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
For her first Cannes red carpet appearance, Han So Hee wore an all black outfit that gave off a chic and confident mood.
She drew attention by wearing a short jacket without an inner layer, paired with eye catching jewelry. Her dark smoky makeup also added to the strong and stylish look.
Han So Hee is currently active as a global ambassador for French luxury jewelry brand Boucheron. She was also seen as one of the surprise guests at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and attended Kering’s “2026 Women in Motion Award”.
There was also interest in whether Han So Hee and her former boyfriend Ryu Jun Yeol would cross paths at Cannes, after reports and sightings said Ryu Jun Yeol was also at the festival.
The 79th Cannes International Film Festival opened on May 12 and will run until May 23. This year, Park Chan Wook is serving as jury president for the competition section.
Na Hong Jin’s “Hope” was invited to the competition section, while Yeon Sang Ho’s “Colony” was invited to the Midnight Screening section.
