Apink’s Yoon Bomi has officially become the group’s first married member.
On May 16, Yoon Bomi and producer Rado held their wedding in Seoul after 9 years of dating. The two have reportedly been in a relationship since 2017 and received many congratulations after their long time relationship ended in marriage.
Before the wedding, Yoon Bomi personally shared her thoughts with fans through a letter on Apink’s official fan cafe.
She wrote, “After passing through my teens and 20s, I have already become 33 years old. I have decided to spend the rest of my life with someone who has shared everyday life with me for a long time, both in happy times and difficult times.”
She also promised fans, “Just as I have done until now, I will continue to live more strongly in my place without losing my sense of responsibility.”
The wedding was also meaningful for Apink fans, as the members who have been together since 2011 sang a congratulatory song for Yoon Bomi. STAYC, the girl group produced by Rado, and UNCHILD also performed at the ceremony.
Videos shared by wedding guests showed the Apink members getting emotional while singing. Oh Ha Young was seen crying, and one guest jokingly wrote, “Ha Young, stop crying.” Park Cho Rong, who gave the congratulatory speech, also shed tears, touching fans who watched the clips online.
Yoon Bomi also made people smile when a video of her loudly answering during the wedding vows spread online. Her cheerful and confident reaction gave the ceremony a bright and fun atmosphere.
Former Apink member Hong Yoo Kyung also attended the wedding to support Yoon Bomi. She wrote, “Our very pretty Bbom unnie, please be happy,” and shared a photo with Park Cho Rong, Jung Eun Ji, and BTOB’s Lee Chang Sub, writing, “Cube family gathered after a long time.”
However, Son Na Eun did not appear to attend the wedding. Since leaving Apink in 2022, Son Na Eun has often been surrounded by rumors of distance from the members because fans rarely see public interactions between them.
Because of this, some netizens had been watching to see whether she would attend Yoon Bomi’s wedding. Her absence left some fans disappointed, especially those who were hoping to see all Apink members together for the special day.
