I.O.I’s Jeon Somi and Kim Do Yeon looked back on one of their past dorm life arguments.
On SBS’s “No, But Really!,” the I.O.I members were asked who had fought the most during their time together. The members pointed to Jeon Somi and Kim Do Yeon.
Somi explained that Do Yeon often did not like her tone of voice, saying, “Do Yeon unnie really hated my way of speaking.” Do Yeon also admitted, “I think I was sensitive about Somi’s tone back then.”
The two then revealed that one of their biggest arguments happened because of bread. Somi shared that she was washing dishes when Do Yeon asked, “Can I eat the bread?” Somi replied, “Yeah, eat it,” but Do Yeon felt her tone sounded rude and asked, “Why is your tone like that?”
Somi said Do Yeon later went into the room and closed the door loudly, then sent her a long message about how to treat her as an older member.
Do Yeon explained her side, saying she had asked kindly, “Somi, can I eat this bread?” but felt Somi answered too bluntly. Their story made viewers laugh as the two honestly recalled how a small misunderstanding became a memorable dorm fight.
