Lee Hyori gave a mix of honest and humorous answers while talking about why she decided to run a yoga studio, showing a very casual and relaxed side of herself.

On a recent YouTube video from the channel ‘Channel Fullmoon’, Lee Hyori held a yoga class for staff members and later sat down with them to talk openly.

During the conversation, one staff member asked about an awkward but common situation, saying, “There are a lot of people who fart during yoga. What do you think when that happens?”

Lee Hyori responded in a lighthearted way, saying, “I find it so funny. Since everyone has their eyes closed, I try not to laugh out loud and end up pinching myself”, making everyone laugh.

She added, “When someone farts, it actually feels good. It means gas is being released and something is circulating”.

She also shared her mindset as an instructor, explaining, “Once class starts, I feel like a mother. I want to help even a little, give them courage, and make sure they don’t get hurt. Whatever they do is okay”.

When asked if she experiences the same situation herself, she answered honestly, “I fart a lot during class too. I’m more the quiet type… I just move to the other side without anyone noticing”, which brought more laughter.

As for her real reason for opening a yoga studio, Lee Hyori gave a sincere explanation. She said, “Thanks to yoga, I gained so many benefits in my life. I met friends I can truly be open with, and many good things came from it”.

She added, “Because I received so much, I wanted to give back. I hope people with similar worries can learn yoga and feel more at ease”.

She also shared how yoga changed her daily routine, saying, “I wake up at 5 a.m. every day for class, so I make sure to sleep by 10 or 11 p.m. Having these rules helps me feel mentally healthy.”

The appearance highlighted both her playful personality and her genuine passion for helping others through yoga.
