THE BOYZ members are now in a legal dispute with their agency, One Hundred Label, as nine members have filed a complaint against CEO Cha Ga Won on allegations of embezzlement, while the company has strongly denied the claims.

According to their legal representative, the members filed the complaint under charges related to financial misconduct.

This follows their earlier notice to terminate their exclusive contracts, where they claimed that “settlement payments for all activities have not been paid since July last year.”

In response, One Hundred Label denied the allegations, stating that an external audit confirmed there was “no embezzlement,” and described the complaint as a “smear attempt with weak legal basis.”

The company also warned that it will take “all legal measures,” including possible counterclaims.

The agency further claimed that false information is being spread, saying it has “seriously damaged trust” between the artists and the company.

It added that payments, including large contract advances and settlements, have already been made and that financial plans are being handled transparently.

Despite the ongoing dispute, THE BOYZ stated they will continue their scheduled activities, emphasizing that they do not want any harm to come to fans or third parties and will “carry out confirmed schedules responsibly.”

As both sides maintain opposing positions, the case is expected to be resolved through legal proceedings.
