BTS’s Jin is once again showing his strong global selling power, quickly becoming a major talking point after his individual LP for BTS’s upcoming 5th full album ARIRANG sold out first on one of France’s biggest retail platforms.

When pre orders opened for the group’s new album and its member specific LP versions, Jin’s individual vinyl was the first among BTS members to sell out on Fnac, the largest platform in France and one of the biggest music and cultural product retailers in Europe.

The fast sellout is drawing attention as another clear example of why fans continue to call him the “Sold Out King.”

The momentum did not stop there. It was also confirmed that Jin’s individual LP had already sold out quickly on Weverse US, showing strong demand across multiple international markets even before the album’s full release.

His latest sales power in France is also being linked to his already proven popularity in the country. In the 2023 Overseas Hallyu Survey Report, collected and analyzed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and KOFICE, Jin ranked No. 5 among singers and groups in France. Notably, he was the only BTS member to appear on that list, further highlighting his individual brand power there.

His recognition in France has also extended beyond music. In 2024, Jin took part as a torchbearer for the Paris Summer Olympics, where French outlet Paris Match introduced him as the only foreign celebrity among 31 stars in the relay.

The magazine even described him as “a true prince crowned 235 years after the French Revolution,” a phrase that quickly became a memorable headline among fans.

The same outlet also previously referred to Jin as “Europe’s darling” while covering his major luxury brand partnerships, adding even more attention to his strong image across the region.

With ARIRANG already building major anticipation, Jin’s latest sellout is once again proving that his solo star power remains one of the strongest in the group. As BTS prepares for its next full album era, all eyes are already on how far his demand will go next.
