BTS member Jungkook has reached a new milestone on Spotify with his solo debut track “Seven.”

According to the latest data, “Seven” has officially surpassed 2.8 billion streams on Spotify, making Jungkook the first Asian artist to achieve this number with a single song. The track, released in 2023, is also the first song from that year to cross the 2.8 billion mark.

As of February 22, “Seven” ranks No. 69 on Spotify’s all time most streamed songs worldwide. The song has also remained on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart for 136 consecutive weeks, setting the record as the first and longest charting song by an Asian solo artist.

On Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts, “Seven” has charted for 132 weeks and 135 weeks respectively, marking new milestones for Asian artists. The song previously debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed on the chart for 15 weeks.

“Seven” has also made history on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart, becoming the first song by an Asian artist to spend a total of 71 days at No. 1. On the Weekly Top Songs Global chart, it held the No. 1 position for nine consecutive weeks in 2023, the longest among male artists that year.

Even two years after its release, the track continues to show strong performance. In Spotify’s 2025 Wrapped year end report, “Seven” ranked No. 8 among the most streamed K pop songs globally.

Jungkook’s solo success extends beyond one song. “Standing Next To You” has surpassed 1.4 billion streams, and he now holds four songs with over 1.1 billion streams, including “Seven,” “Standing Next To You,” “3D,” and “Left and Right.”

In addition, Jungkook’s personal Spotify profile has exceeded 10.46 billion total streams across all credits, making him the first K pop solo artist and the fastest among Asian artists to reach this milestone.

With “Seven” continuing to break records, Jungkook once again proves his powerful global presence as a solo artist.
