BTS member Jungkook is once again proving his global power as a solo artist, with his hit song “Seven” and solo album “Golden” continuing their impressive run on Spotify’s global charts.

According to the latest data, Jungkook’s solo debut song “Seven” ranked No. 61 on the Spotify Weekly Top Songs Global chart for the period of January 2 to 8. The song recorded over 12.1 million streams during the week and even climbed higher compared to the previous ranking.

Most notably, “Seven” has now remained on the Spotify global chart for 130 weeks, setting a new record as the first and longest charting song by an Asian solo artist. The achievement highlights the song’s lasting popularity worldwide.

Jungkook’s first solo album “Golden” is also showing strong results. The album placed No. 70 on the Spotify Weekly Top Albums Global chart, jumping up seven spots from the week before. With 114 weeks on the chart, “Golden” now holds the record for the longest charting album by an Asian solo artist.

In terms of streaming milestones, “Golden” has surpassed 6.6 billion total streams, the highest ever for a full album by an Asian artist on Spotify. Meanwhile, “Seven” has crossed 2.73 billion streams, making it the first song by an Asian artist to reach that number.

Jungkook’s impact goes even further, as his Spotify artist profile has exceeded 10.2 billion total streams, including all credits. This makes him the fastest Asian artist and the first K pop solo artist to reach this milestone.

With both strong rankings and long chart runs across global platforms, Jungkook continues to set new standards for Asian solo artists in the global music scene.
