Former Crayon Pop member Choa opened up about her twin pregnancy and revealed her past cervical cancer surgery.
On December 10, Choa spoke with fans through her Instagram, sharing a heartfelt update about her pregnancy.
When a fan asked, “Aren’t you going on a prenatal trip?” Choa explained, “Because of my history of cervical cancer surgery, I could never even dream of going on a prenatal trip while pregnant with twins. I actually thought I’d just be lying down by now, so being able to move around like this feels like a complete miracle, and I’m so grateful. On weekends, just going out a little is like a prenatal trip for me. This week, for the first time since getting pregnant, I’m going a little farther to visit a friend in Daegu. (Of course by train).”
Choa married a businessman six years older than her in 2021. The following year, during prenatal testing, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. In 2023, she underwent cancer removal and fertility preservation surgery. Later, she became pregnant with twins through IVF in September and is expected to give birth in March 2026.
Fans praised Choa for her courage and strength, celebrating her journey toward motherhood after such a challenging experience.
