Actor Seo Kang Joon is making headlines after earning a huge profit from selling his luxury apartment in Seoul.
According to reports, Seo Kang Joon sold his 140.3㎡ Trimages unit in Seongdong District for 5.8 billion won this past June.
Trimages is one of the most famous celebrity residential buildings, known for its stunning Han River view and high-end facilities.
Seo Kang Joon originally bought the property in December 2019 for 3.39 billion won, and with the recent sale, he walked away with an impressive 2.41 billion won profit in about five years.
It was also shared that the property had several loans attached under his name and his agency at the time of purchase, but everything was fully settled during the sale process.
Seo Kang Joon continues to stay in the spotlight, recently receiving love from viewers for his role in the MBC drama “Undercover High School.”
