Former Cats member Kim Ji Hye shared a worrying update from the emergency room as she faces the risk of preterm labor with her twins.
On September 1, Kim Ji Hye revealed through her social media, “I came to the ER. My belly kept tightening and getting hard all day, the babies’ movements were too strong, and I was in much more pain than usual.” She also posted a photo from the hospital.
She added, “I called the hospital, and they told me to come right away. It’s not time yet, twins, don’t come out. You need to reach 37 weeks,” expressing her heartfelt plea to her unborn babies.
Earlier, Kim Ji Hye had shared her concerns about preterm birth, saying she hoped to endure as long as possible for a safe delivery. Doctors had also warned her that her short cervix increased the risk.
Meanwhile, Kim Ji Hye married Choi Sung Wook (Ace), a former member of Paran, in 2019. After six years of struggling with infertility, the couple happily announced in February that they were expecting a twin boy and girl through IVF.
