Actress Lee Ha Nui is showing her incredible dedication as both a mother and an actress, even just days after giving birth.

On August 28, Lee Ha Nui shared a video on her personal account to promote her new Netflix series Emma, where she plays the lead role. The post came only four days after she welcomed her second daughter on August 24, with reports saying she was likely on her way to a postpartum care center after being discharged from the hospital. Fans were impressed to see her balancing her career with motherhood so gracefully.

Her passion was already clear before giving birth — Lee Ha Nui attended the official press conference for Emma and even joined an online interview shortly before going into labor.

Emma tells the story of the Korean film industry in the 1980s, pulling back the curtain on the harsh truths hidden behind the glamorous spotlight. Lee Ha Nui plays Jung Hee Ran, the era’s biggest star, showcasing her powerful acting and commanding presence.

On August 24, her agency TEAMHOPE announced the happy news, stating:

“Actress Lee Ha Nui has given birth to a daughter. Both mother and baby are healthy and recovering peacefully with love and care from their family. We sincerely thank everyone who has sent prayers and support, and we ask you to continue to bless Lee Ha Nui and her family with warm love.”

With this, Lee Ha Nui officially begins her new chapter as a mother of two daughters.

Meanwhile, the actress tied the knot with her non-celebrity husband in December 2021, welcomed her first daughter in June 2022, and now celebrates the arrival of her second daughter in 2024, all while continuing to shine in her acting career.
