Actress Lee Min Jung surprised everyone with her unexpected singing skills and fun stage presence.

On the August 8 episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Ganeunjeong Oneunjeong Lee Min Jung, the “Jeong siblings” — Lee Min Jung, Boom, Ahn Jae Hyun, Kim Jung Hyun, and Kim Jae Won — teamed up with singer Young Tak and chef Yeo Kyung Rae to hold a big village festival for the residents of Udo in Goheung, Jeollanam-do.

That day, the team worked together to make 50 servings of Chinese food for the villagers. Since Udo experiences tidal changes twice a day, food delivery isn’t available there, so residents were thrilled to finally enjoy freshly made jajangmyeon that wasn’t soggy.

After the delicious meal, a mysterious woman wearing a large box over her head appeared on stage, instantly grabbing attention. MC Boom introduced her as the “Udo Box Captain,” creating a stage vibe similar to King of Mask Singer.

She chose to sing I Only Know Love and started by swaying lightly to the beat, before surprising the audience with her strong and clear vocals.

Despite her petite frame, her voice filled the venue, earning loud cheers from the crowd.

When the song ended, she removed the box — revealing she was none other than Lee Min Jung herself. The Jeong siblings pretended to be in shock, while the residents were left speechless at her hidden talent.

Boom joked, “You sing so well! You gave and took away, pushed and pulled — it was wild!” making everyone laugh.

The fun didn’t stop there. Young Tak then took the stage, lifting the mood even higher with his energetic performance. The villagers stood up to dance along, and the Jeong siblings joined in as backup dancers with a well-prepared group routine. To the beat of It’s Really You, they performed perfectly synchronized moves with big smiles and thumbs up, leaving the crowd even more impressed.
