On August 5, a representative from Artist Company shared a brief statement, saying:
“Regarding the reports about actor Jung Woo Sung, we ask for your understanding that we cannot provide an official statement as this concerns his private life. We kindly ask everyone to refrain from excessive interest or speculation regarding his personal matters.”
According to a report from MyDaily, a source close to the actor revealed:
“Recently, Jung Woo Sung and his girlfriend registered their marriage.”
This means the couple is now legally husband and wife, although there hasn’t been a public ceremony or announcement.
While his agency didn’t confirm the details, they also did not deny the report—leading many to believe the marriage registration really did happen.
This news comes just nine months after shocking headlines in November last year, when it was revealed that Jung Woo Sung had a child out of wedlock with another woman.
Back then, model Moon Ga Bi had announced the birth of her child, and it was later confirmed that Jung Woo Sung is the biological father. The news sparked wide attention and discussion online.
