On June 30, Onew surprised fans by dropping the first concept photo for his upcoming 2nd full-length album, ‘PERCENT’, through his official social media. The album is set to be released on July 15 at 6 PM KST.

This will be his first full album in over a year and comes just five months after his 4th mini-album ‘CONNECTION’, which was released in January.
