Choi Jun Hee, the daughter of late actress Choi Jin Sil, is drawing attention online for bravely sharing her personal story behind her dramatic transformation — not just in body, but in mindset.
On June 22, Choi Jun Hee posted a mirror selfie on social media, wearing leggings and underwear. Alongside the photo, she added a short but emotional caption:
“I lost weight just like thatㅠㅠ.”

In the photo, her visibly slim figure reflects the 41kg (around 90 lbs) weight she previously revealed. But more than showing off her body, Jun Hee’s post came across as a quiet moment of reflection — a way of recording how far she’s come for herself, not for attention.
Just days earlier, she shared another powerful post, saying:
“From 96kg to keeping it at 41–43kg… I used to count even drops of water, but now I’m enjoying the results.”

She included a bikini photo taken at a ranch in Jeju, where she posed next to horses. It wasn’t just about the weight loss — the photo gave off a feeling of freedom, confidence, and healing.
Wearing a red-and-blue dress, she even embraced her stretch marks, joking with the caption:
“Warning: Not managing myself lol.”
The message was clear — she’s learning to accept and love herself. Fans praised her authenticity, calling her “a person who truly understands herself” and “someone who knows how to tell her own story.”
During her Jeju trip, she also crossed off a bucket list item by visiting an art house. Some of the pictures seemed to be taken by someone else, leading fans to wonder if her boyfriend had joined her on the trip.
Choi Jun Hee, born in 2003, once battled serious health issues, including lupus, which caused her weight to spike to 96kg. Through years of treatment and personal care, she gradually brought her weight down to 41kg — but more importantly, she found a way to face her emotions and grow stronger.
Now, Jun Hee is inspiring many by owning her story — not just her looks, but her pain, strength, and healing.
