Ju Hak Nyeon of THE BOYZ has finally spoken out following shocking reports and his sudden departure from the group.
On June 20, Ju Hak Nyeon took to Instagram to share his side of the story after reports surfaced last month that he had a private meeting in Tokyo with former Japanese AV actress Asuka Kirara. The news stirred heavy controversy and led to harsh criticism online.
But Ju Hak Nyeon firmly denied any wrongdoing, saying:

“Even though I clearly said I didn’t do anything illegal, some media outlets are still spreading harmful stories. I will take legal action — both civil and criminal — against those who continue to hurt me with false reports.”
Back in late May, Korean media claimed that Ju Hak Nyeon was seen meeting Asuka Kirara at a private bar in Japan. Not long after, his agency One Hundred made a shocking announcement:
“We saw the issue as serious. After discussions with the members of THE BOYZ, we’ve decided Ju Hak Nyeon will leave the group, and his exclusive contract has been terminated.”
However, Ju Hak Nyeon strongly pushed back against this decision.
“The agency made it seem like my contract could be canceled, but there was no valid reason in the contract. They told me to leave and even demanded over 2 billion won in compensation. I never agreed to that,” he revealed.
He added:
“Even though I didn’t agree, they went ahead and told the media my contract was terminated. That’s just false information.”
Ju Hak Nyeon then questioned the agency’s actions:
“Can a company that’s supposed to protect its artists really kick someone out just for sitting next to someone famous in private? And then demand billions in damages?”
According to Ju Hak Nyeon, he never got the chance to properly resolve the situation through the steps written in his contract.
“They just sent me a letter saying the contract was canceled due to my ‘wrongdoing’ and threatened legal action.”
He admitted feeling overwhelmed and scared, but said he couldn’t stay silent anymore.
“I believed the truth would come out if I stayed quiet. But they’re trying to destroy me over something I didn’t do. I’m going to hold the agency and media that spread lies fully responsible.”
He ended his message with a powerful promise to fans and anyone who might be facing something similar:
“No matter what happens, I will fight to reveal the truth. I hope this fight gives someone else the courage to speak up too. I’m just starting to find my strength.”
This marks Ju Hak Nyeon’s first full response to the controversy — and it’s clear he’s ready to take a stand.
