Former basketball star and TV personality Seo Jang Hoon recently visited the home of CEO Kim Jung Bin, who runs a company making 19 billion won in sales, but Seo was surprised and a little disappointed by the view.
On June 4, the 9th episode of the variety show “Seo Jang Hoon’s Neighbor Millionaire,” a collaboration between EBS and E Channel, showed Seo Jang Hoon and host Jonathan meeting CEO Kim Jung Bin, who works in recycling.
Kim’s house is a golden-colored building right next to the famous L Tower in Jamsil, Seoul. Inside, the home had a clean, white design, and the living room was especially eye-catching.
However, when Seo Jang Hoon looked out the window from the living room, he didn’t like what he saw. He said, “I thought since it’s a high floor, you’d have a great view, but the front is blocked.” Kim joked back, “It’s like a Manhattan view,” which Seo appreciated with respect.
Seo Jang Hoon is well known not only for basketball and TV but also for his real estate success.
He was named the “sports star building king” on KBS 2TV’s “Year-round Live” because he owns buildings worth over 70 billion won.
