• Lee Hyori Surprises Fans by Revealing Her Real Weight and Says She’s Never Been on a Diet: “I don’t gain weight easily”

Lee Hyori just proved once again that she’s refreshingly honest — and fans are loving it!

The legendary singer recently appeared as a guest on KBS Radio Cool FM’s Turn Up the Volume, where she opened up about how she manages her body and weight. During the show, hosted by her close friend Maybee as a special DJ, a listener asked for her diet tips.

To everyone’s surprise, Lee Hyori casually responded, “I naturally don’t gain weight. I weigh 53kg. When I gain a lot, I go up to 54kg, and when I lose, I go down to 51kg. I’ve never gone outside that range.”

She added, “I’ve actually never done a diet. Sometimes, I look too skinny or my cheeks look hollow, so these days I try to eat well. People often say thin people look weak, so I try to gain a little weight.”

Fans praised her for being so honest and real. Lee Hyori has always been open when it comes to topics like body image and health.

Back in 2017, she shared on Hyori’s Homestay 2 that her weight had gone up from 52kg to 55.6kg, and in 2019, she said she weighed 57kg but still fit into all her old clothes.

Lee Hyori, who married fellow musician Lee Sang Soon in 2013, lived in Jeju Island for 10 years before moving back to Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul in October last year.

Even without dieting, Lee Hyori continues to be one of the most iconic stars in Korea — and fans love her just the way she is!
