
Actor Kim Woo Bin has once again shown his kind heart as he begins the new year by giving back to those in need.
It was revealed that Kim Woo Bin recently donated 100 million KRW (around 75,000 USD) to Asan Medical Center to help patients from underprivileged backgrounds cover medical expenses.
This isn’t the first time Kim Woo Bin has touched hearts with his generosity. Since 2014, he has been quietly making donations to support low-income youth and pediatric cancer patients.
For 11 straight years, he has worked with Asan Medical Center to provide consistent help for underprivileged communities. With his latest donation, Kim Woo Bin’s total contributions now exceed 1.1 billion KRW (approximately 825,000 USD).
Kim Woo Bin’s acts of kindness extend beyond regular donations. He has stepped up during national crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, wildfires, and flood damages to offer financial aid.
Last Christmas, he also brought joy to 150 children in the pediatric ward of Asan Medical Center by sending year-end gifts.
He continued his tradition of including handwritten notes, with this year’s card saying, “I pray for even more miracles to happen this Christmas. I hope 2025 is filled with health and happiness for everyone. Stay strong. Merry Christmas.”
