Kim Ji Won’s Doctor X: Mafia in White is expanding its strong domestic start into a major global result on Netflix.

According to Netflix’s Top 10 website on October 14, the SBS medical drama ranked No. 1 on the platform’s Global Top 10 Non-English TV list.

The achievement comes only days after Doctor X: Mafia in White opened with double-digit television ratings in South Korea.

The drama premiered with a nationwide rating of 11.4%, while its highest real-time rating reached 12.9%. The result reportedly gave it the highest premiere rating among Korean miniseries released in 2026.

Its momentum grew further with episode 2, which climbed to 14.9% nationwide and reached a peak of 17.4%.

Doctor X: Mafia in White stars Kim Ji Won as Gye Soo Jung, a highly skilled surgeon known as “Doctor X” who confronts corruption and wrongdoing inside the medical system.

With strong domestic ratings followed by a No. 1 position on Netflix’s global Non-English TV ranking, the drama has quickly established itself as one of the strongest-performing new Korean series of the season.

Another Korean series, *Charge Me Up*, starring Kim Young Kwang and Chae Soo Bin, also entered the same Netflix ranking at No. 3 after recording 3 million views in its first three days.

The series also reached the Top 10 in 44 countries, including South Korea, Brazil, Singapore, India, Türkiye, Chile, and the Philippines.

Still, Doctor X: Mafia in White leads the latest Korean drama results, combining a rapid ratings rise at home with the No. 1 spot on Netflix’s global Non-English TV chart.
