JYP Entertainment has taken legal action in the United States after Stray Kids member Han’s self-written solo song *back to life* was allegedly distributed without authorization on major online platforms.

According to a September 8 report by copyright news outlet TorrentFreak, audio from Han’s song was allegedly extracted from YouTube without permission and later distributed through platforms including Spotify and TikTok.

The track was reportedly registered and released under the different title *New Vibs* through music distributor Symphonic.

In response, JYP Entertainment reportedly applied for a DMCA subpoena through a U.S. court in an effort to obtain information that could identify the person responsible for the alleged unauthorized distribution.

Symphonic reportedly removed the disputed release after JYP began its legal action.

At this stage, the available report focuses on JYP’s attempt to identify the alleged uploader, and no identity has been publicly confirmed.

Han officially released *back to life* as a digital single on June 11. The Stray Kids member participated directly in both writing and composing the song.

The case has drawn attention because the dispute involves a song created by Han himself being allegedly uploaded and commercially distributed without authorization under a different title.
