BTS has earned three nominations at the 2026 Kids’ Choice Awards, including another chance to extend the group’s historic record in the Favorite Music Group or Duo category.
According to the nominee list announced by Nickelodeon on October 8, BTS is nominated for Favorite Music Group or Duo, while their fifth full-length album *ARIRANG* is up for Favorite Album.
The album’s title track *SWIM* also received a nomination for Favorite Song, giving BTS three nominations this year.
The Favorite Music Group or Duo category carries special significance for BTS. The group won the award four consecutive times from 2020 through 2023, giving them the most wins in the category.
If BTS wins again in 2026, they would collect their fifth trophy in the category and extend that record even further.
BTS will face major international artists in the other categories as well. *ARIRANG* is nominated alongside albums from artists including Taylor Swift, Drake, and Sabrina Carpenter.
Meanwhile, *SWIM* will compete in Favorite Song against tracks including Justin Bieber’s *DAISIES*, Bruno Mars’ *I Just Might*, and Olivia Rodrigo’s *drop dead*.
BTS first won a Kids’ Choice Award in 2018 through the Favorite Global Music Star category. Their success continued in later years, including a three-award sweep in 2021 when *Dynamite* won Favorite Song and the group also received Favorite Music Group and Favorite Global Music Star.
The 2026 Kids’ Choice Awards will be held in Los Angeles on November 14 and broadcast through CBS and Nickelodeon.
