BTS leader RM has personally asked fans to stop gathering outside the group's hotels after revealing that the noise and crowds have been affecting the members, staff, and other hotel guests.

On October 8, RM shared a lengthy message on the fan communication platform Weverse, expressing his concerns about the situation during BTS's visit to Lima, Peru, for their ARIRANG world tour.

RM began by sharing his excitement about visiting Peru for the first time. However, he explained that some fans had been staying outside the group's hotel throughout the day, making it difficult for everyone to rest.

He wrote, "We're currently in Peru. It's our first time visiting the country, so we're really excited and happy."

He continued, "However, the members and staff are having a really hard time because of people staying outside our hotel all day. It's so noisy that even inside our rooms, we're struggling to get proper sleep."

RM also expressed concern about the inconvenience being caused to people who have nothing to do with BTS.

"Not only that, but we're also causing a lot of inconvenience to other guests staying at the same hotel," he explained.

While RM acknowledged the love and enthusiasm of fans who came to welcome the group, he emphasized that getting enough rest is important for BTS to deliver their best performances.

"We're grateful for your warm welcome and enthusiasm, but if we can't get enough rest and sleep, it will affect the performances we want to share with you," he wrote.

The BTS leader then made a direct request to fans, asking them to respect the group's privacy not only in Peru but also throughout the remaining stops of their world tour.

"So please, not just in Lima, but also in Chile, Brazil, Argentina, and the Asian countries we'll visit later, I sincerely ask you not to keep waiting outside our hotels."

Despite the difficulties, RM kept his message respectful and expressed confidence that ARMY would understand his concerns.

"I believe that ARMY, the most amazing fans in the world, will understand and respect this request. I hope we can continue building a more mature relationship that we can all be proud of."

He ended his message by reassuring fans that BTS would continue giving their best on stage.

"We'll do our best at today's concert as well. Thank you always, and I love you. Los amo."

RM's message highlights how large gatherings outside hotels can affect not only artists and their teams but also other guests sharing the same accommodation.

Rather than discouraging fans from showing their support, the BTS leader asked them to consider the importance of rest, privacy, and respect for others.

Meanwhile, BTS is scheduled to perform at Estadio San Marcos in Lima, Peru, on October 7, 9, and 10 as part of their ARIRANG world tour.
