SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan has shared a meaningful story from the time he served as a social service worker, revealing that he worked as an assistant teacher at a special education school.

Jeonghan appeared with fellow SEVENTEEN member Joshua on the YouTube web variety show Salon Drip, where he looked back on his experience before completing his service in June.

Jeonghan explained that he helped students at the school as an assistant teacher and often supported them with their studies.

He recalled becoming especially invested in the students he helped prepare for exams.

“When the students I helped study had a test, I would worry about the results all day,” he shared.

Jeonghan said the experience helped him discover a side of himself that genuinely worried about and cared for other people.

He also revealed that some of the students gave him letters and drawings for Teachers’ Day.

“They wrote letters for me because it was Teachers’ Day,” Jeonghan said, adding that he proudly shared the letters and drawings in SEVENTEEN’s group chat.

Looking back, Jeonghan described his time at the special education school as meaningful and rewarding.

Jeonghan began his alternative service as a social service worker in September 2024 and completed his duties in June. He is now continuing activities with SEVENTEEN and has also formed a new unit with Joshua.
