Lee Junho revealed that filming Netflix’s Kian’s Bizarre B&B 2 was physically demanding enough that his fingerprints temporarily became difficult to scan.

In a video released by Netflix Korea on October 4, Lee Junho appeared with Kian84, Kim Yeon Koung, and LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha to discuss behind-the-scenes stories from the variety show.

While talking about the challenges of living and working inside the unusual guesthouse designed by Kian84, Lee Junho surprised the cast by saying, “My fingerprints disappeared while I was staying there.”

He explained that they eventually returned, but the problem lasted for about a month.

Lee Junho said, “They’re back now, but for about a month, my fingerprints wouldn’t scan when I traveled overseas. I’m not joking. They really wouldn’t scan, so going through immigration was difficult.”

The cast also talked about other physical challenges caused by the guesthouse’s unconventional design. Kim Yeon Koung joked that the building did not seem to have been designed with “normal thinking,” while Kazuha said washing dishes caused back pain.

Lee Junho also joked about the condition of his knees after filming, saying, “When I checked after filming, my knees were all scraped up. I blamed the designer every single moment.”

Kian’s Bizarre B&B 2 is set at Kian84’s second guesthouse in Daegwallyeong, where Kian84 works alongside Kim Yeon Koung, Lee Junho, and Kazuha while welcoming guests.

For Lee Junho, however, one of the most memorable effects of filming was unexpectedly practical: his fingertips became worn enough that fingerprint scanners reportedly had trouble recognizing them for weeks.
