On October 5, Jae Joong’s agency, iNKODE, confirmed that 2026 Kim Jae Joong Fan Meeting in Chengdu, which had been scheduled for October 3, did not take place as planned.
The agency apologized to fans, stating, “We sincerely apologize that the 2026 Kim Jae Joong Fan Meeting in Chengdu, which was scheduled for October 3, could not proceed as planned.”
iNKODE explained that it is currently checking the circumstances with the event organizer and discussing what actions should be taken next.
Regarding ticket refunds and other matters directly affecting fans, the agency said, “We are discussing specific measures with the organizer and will provide updates through official channels based on information that can be confirmed and disclosed.”
However, iNKODE did not reveal the specific reason for the cancellation, saying it was difficult to provide further details at this time.
The agency has not yet announced a replacement date or additional plans for the Chengdu event.
