IVE has revealed the full tracklist and collaborator lineup for their upcoming mini album Looks Can Kill, with global pop artist Zara Larsson among the names drawing attention.
Starship Entertainment shared the tracklist for IVE’s new mini album on October 4, ahead of its October 26 release. The album will contain six songs: the title track Looks Can Kill, Mirror Mirror, SNAKESKIN, CRUMBS, Girls Girls Girls, and Glow Motion.
One of the biggest surprises is the creative team behind Glow Motion. Zara Larsson is credited on the track alongside Margo XS and Cecile Believe, who both worked across Larsson’s Midnight Sun album.
The album also brings together several notable Korean artists and songwriters. Gaeko, Seo Ji Eum, and Lil Cherry participated in writing the title track Looks Can Kill, while Omega Sapien contributed lyrics to CRUMBS.
IVE members are also taking a more direct role in the album. Rei participated in writing the lyrics for Looks Can Kill, while Gaeul and Liz are credited as lyricists on CRUMBS.
The new album will introduce IVE’s “girl hero” concept, described as another side of the group following their previous Cupid and magical girl-inspired themes. The project is expected to continue IVE’s focus on confidence while expanding the group’s musical and visual identity.
IVE will pre-release the title track Looks Can Kill on October 19 before releasing the complete mini album on October 26.
