Lee Seung Gi may have spent more than two decades as a singer, but his young daughter apparently has a very different opinion of his vocals.

On October 3, Lee Seung Gi shared a new YouTube video showing himself visiting a karaoke room alone.

During the video, he revealed that much of the music he listens to these days consists of children’s songs because of his daughter.

He then shared her surprisingly direct reaction whenever he tries to sing along.

Lee Seung Gi said, *“My daughter always asks me to play children’s songs, and she criticizes me a lot. She says, ‘Dad, don’t sing,’ and ‘Dad, you can’t sing.’”*

He jokingly explained that his daughter simply wants to hear the original songs without him joining in.

One track that has become especially familiar at home is *Baby Shark*. Lee Seung Gi added, *“‘Baby Shark’ really plays everywhere. Anyone raising a child knows. ‘Baby Shark’ just keeps playing.”*

The story drew laughs because Lee Seung Gi has been active as a professional singer for around 22 years, yet at home, his daughter still feels comfortable giving him one of the toughest reviews of his career.
