Hyeri opened up about the pressure she felt while hosting her YouTube content "Hyeri’s Club" during a recent solo trip to Vancouver.

On October 2, Hyeri uploaded a new travel video showing herself spending time alone in the Canadian city. While visiting Sunset Beach, she reflected on how the trip was helping her clear her mind.

Hyeri said, *“It’s been a really long time since I traveled alone, and I love it. It feels like all the complicated thoughts in my head are disappearing.”*

She admitted that she had been dealing with several worries recently and sometimes felt less confident than usual.

*“There have been a lot of things I’ve been worried about lately, and I sometimes felt discouraged. It feels like those feelings are all flying away,”* she shared.

Hyeri also explained that she does not always immediately recognize her own emotional state. Instead, she tends to notice when she reaches a point where she needs to reflect and take care of herself.

During the conversation, she specifically mentioned the pressure she experienced while hosting *Hyeri’s Club*.

Hyeri said, *“When filming YouTube content, I’ve often been the host. After hosting ‘Hyeri’s Club,’ I continued to feel a lot of pressure about it.”*

She did not go into detail about one particular incident, but explained that the experience made her think more about how honestly she expresses herself.

Hyeri added, *“I used to think I was already honest when talking about my feelings, but looking back, I think there were still a lot of things I dressed up with nicer words.”*

She continued, *“At some point, I started thinking more often that I should talk about myself more honestly.”*

For Hyeri, the unplanned solo trip appeared to become an opportunity to temporarily step away from her usual responsibilities and reflect on the pressure she had been carrying.
