Park Bo Gum completed the full 42.195-kilometer course at the 2026 Berlin Marathon with a finishing time of 4 hours, 53 minutes, and 16 seconds.
The actor took part in the race in Berlin, Germany, on September 27 and successfully finished in under five hours, achieving what runners commonly call a “sub-five” marathon.
Park Bo Gum’s participation first gained attention after videos and photos of him running the course were shared on social media. He was seen wearing a visor and sunglasses while making his way through the race.
Actor Go Han Min later shared photos from the event featuring Park Bo Gum and singer Sean, who are known to regularly run together.
The Berlin Marathon is considered one of the world’s major marathon events and attracts runners from around the world each year.
Park Bo Gum has been building his running experience for some time and has previously participated in other organized races.
His 4:53:16 finish now gives the actor a full marathon result under five hours, adding another notable achievement outside his acting career.
