BOYNEXTDOOR marked another strong comeback as their latest album sold more than 560,000 copies on its first day while extending the group’s No. 1 streak on Hanteo.
According to Hanteo Chart, BOYNEXTDOOR’s first full-length album repackage HOME: DELUXE recorded 560,189 copies sold on its release day and topped the Daily Album Chart dated September 28.
The achievement means BOYNEXTDOOR has now placed seven consecutive releases at No. 1 on Hanteo’s daily album chart on their first day of release.
The streak includes the group’s first five mini albums, their first full-length album, and now HOME: DELUXE.
The album also began appearing on international charts shortly after its release. By the morning of September 29, HOME: DELUXE had entered Apple Music’s popular album charts in 11 countries and regions, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Turkey. It also appeared on iTunes Top Albums charts in several markets.
Its title track ANIMAL entered Melon’s Top 100 at No. 43 and reached No. 6 on LINE MUSIC’s Real-Time Song Top 100 in Japan.
HOME: DELUXE contains 14 tracks, combining songs from the group’s previous full-length album with new material including ANIMAL, CLICHE, the Korean version of Count To Love, Boom Boom Boom, and fan song 400 Years.
With 560,189 first-day sales and a seventh consecutive first-day No. 1 on Hanteo, BOYNEXTDOOR continues its album sales streak with HOME: DELUXE.
