BLACKPINK’s Rosé surprised fans with a new selfie that made it look like she had suddenly switched to a short hairstyle.
On September 28, Rosé shared a photo on her personal Instagram account along with heart-themed emojis. The singer showed off her signature blonde hair while posing for the camera.
However, because most of her hair was swept behind her, the photo created the illusion that Rosé had cut her hair into a short bob. The unexpected look gave fans a glimpse of how she might appear with much shorter hair, while she kept her familiar blonde style.
Rosé recently returned with her new song *New Trick*, released on September 18.
The music video was created in collaboration with Apple as part of its *Shot on iPhone* campaign. The song focuses on overcoming difficult moments in life and relationships and finding a new way to keep moving forward.
