TXT is lining up its next comeback with especially tight timing, releasing new music immediately after opening its fifth world tour in Seoul.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER will release their ninth mini album Perfect Storm on November 16.
Just one day earlier, the group will wrap up a three-night run at KSPO DOME in Seoul from November 13 to 15, marking the opening of TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <STEAL THE WIND>.
That means TXT will move directly from three consecutive concert nights into their new album release the following day, keeping the momentum going without a break.
The group first teased the comeback during a Weverse livestream on September 27, where a spoiler video included the message, “We need something different from what we’ve had until now.”
A day later, TXT officially revealed the album title and release date.
Perfect Storm will contain six tracks. More details about the songs are expected to be announced later through Weverse.
The title also follows imagery from TXT’s previous mini album, 7TH YEAR: When the Wind Stopped for a Moment Among the Thorns, which referenced “wind,” while the new release moves into the stronger image of a “storm.”
Pre-saves for Perfect Storm begin on Spotify on September 28.
With their Seoul tour opening ending on November 15 and the album arriving on November 16, TXT is set to turn the launch of their fifth world tour directly into their next comeback.
