IVE’s Jang Wonyoung joined the challenge for IU’s new song From This Star, and IU personally responded with a sweet message.
On September 24, IVE’s official social media account shared a video of Jang Wonyoung taking part in the challenge with the caption, “Ji Eun unnie, fighting ♡ #FromThisStar.”
In the clip, Jang Wonyoung enters through a door while lip-syncing to the lyric, “Do you remember the moment love began when someone suddenly opened the door and walked into an ordinary day?”
The song is the title track from IU’s new digital single From This Star, which was released on September 10. The release also includes Dear My Crazy Soulmate, with IU credited as the lyricist for both songs.
After seeing Jang Wonyoung’s challenge, IU left a warm comment on the post, writing, “♥ I remember ♥.”
The short exchange quickly drew attention because the two stars have already met before. Jang Wonyoung previously appeared with IU on IU’s Palette, giving fans another memorable interaction between them.
Meanwhile, Jang Wonyoung is continuing activities with IVE as the group carries on with its second world tour, SHOW WHAT I AM.
