BTS’s Jin gave fans a glimpse of his family time during Chuseok, revealing that part of his holiday was spent teaching his father how to play one of his favorite games.
On September 24, Jin shared a holiday message through Weverse after being away from the platform for a while.
He explained that he had changed phones and needed to recover his Weverse password before he could log in again.
Jin wrote, *“How have you all been? It’s Chuseok in Korea. Happy Chuseok, everyone.”*
He also updated fans on his schedule, explaining that he was recovering after completing the second leg of his North American tour and preparing for upcoming activities in South America.
For Chuseok, however, Jin said he was taking time to enjoy a meal with his family.
He then revealed the playful way he was spending part of the holiday with his father.
Jin wrote, *“I’m having a lot of fun right now, holding onto my father and basically forcing him to learn the game I play. My father says he’s having fun too.”*
He also shared a photo showing himself teaching his father how to play *MapleStory*, a game Jin has openly enjoyed for years.
Jin ended his message by wishing fans an enjoyable holiday as well, saying, *“I hope you all have a great time too!”*
The casual update received warm reactions from fans, who enjoyed seeing Jin relax with his family between tour schedules and share a simple moment from his Chuseok celebration.
