ATEEZ’s San personally denied recent dating rumors linked to his trip to Milan and also warned people against secretly following and filming him outside his official schedules.
On September 26, San spoke with fans through a communication platform while carrying out activities in Milan. During the conversation, he shared that he had been surprised by people repeatedly following him wherever he went.
San wrote, “I’m currently doing my schedules,” before adding, “I’m happy when we happen to run into each other by chance, but if it’s not a coincidence, it can be a little uncomfortable.”
He then directly addressed the dating speculation that had been circulating online.
“I saw dating rumors coming up, but they’re not true,” San said.
San also asked people to respect his privacy when he is not attending an official schedule.
“Thank you for all the attention, but you shouldn’t secretly follow someone outside of their schedules. Secretly filming someone is also wrong. Let’s not commit crimes. Before I catch you,” he wrote.
He later reassured fans, saying, “Don’t worry about anything. I’ll be back.”
The dating speculation began after a video circulated online showing San walking and talking with a woman on a street in Milan.
Because the clip initially appeared to show the two together, some online users questioned their relationship.
KQ Entertainment quickly clarified that the woman was a representative connected to a brand in Milan and that she and San were on their way to purchase necessary items.
The agency also explained that San was not alone, noting that local security personnel and his manager could also be seen in the full video.
San had traveled to Milan on September 21 for Milan Fashion Week activities.
Following both the agency’s clarification and San’s own statement, the situation was explained as a misunderstanding.
San’s comments instead drew attention to concerns about people following and secretly recording artists during their private time.
