Good Partner 2 is reportedly returning this November with Jang Nara back in the lead role and Kim Hye Yoon joining the cast as her new partner.
According to a report on September 24, SBS’ upcoming Friday-Saturday drama Good Partner 2 is scheduled to premiere on November 20.
The new season comes about two years after the first Good Partner, which ended in September 2024 after reaching a nationwide peak rating of 17.7 percent, according to Nielsen Korea.
Jang Nara will reprise her role as Cha Eun Kyung, a well-known divorce lawyer who now faces a new set of challenges at her law firm. Her performance in the first season also earned her the Grand Prize at the 2024 SBS Drama Awards.
One of the biggest changes in season 2 is the addition of Kim Hye Yoon, who will reportedly take over as Cha Eun Kyung’s new lawyer partner following Nam Ji Hyun’s departure from the series.
P.O is also set to return, while Park Hae Jin will join the drama as a new male lead.
The first season drew attention for its realistic look at divorce cases, workplace relationships, and the difficult decisions faced by lawyers and their clients. The upcoming season is expected to continue that legal office setting while introducing a new partnership at the center of the story.
With Jang Nara returning and Kim Hye Yoon joining the cast, attention is now on how Good Partner 2 will perform when it reportedly premieres on November 20.
