Song Ji Hyo has announced that she is temporarily stopping uploads on her YouTube channel as she takes time to reorganize and improve its direction.
On September 17, the actress shared a video addressing viewers of her channel, which has around 180,000 subscribers.
Song Ji Hyo initially said, *“I think today might be the last,”* before quickly clarifying that she was not permanently ending the channel.
*“This is not the end. Please wait until I can return with something stronger and more solid,”* she explained. *“Rather than ending it, I’m reorganizing and taking a short break.”*
Looking back on her experience running the channel, Song Ji Hyo admitted that she feels disappointed about stepping away for now but said she also learned an important lesson.
*“I would be lying if I said I had no regrets,”* she said. *“I learned that wanting something badly is not enough. I want to make promises that I can realistically keep and actually put into practice.”*
She repeatedly emphasized that the hiatus is temporary and that the channel could still be used to share updates with fans.
*“It’s not the end,”* Song Ji Hyo said, adding that she may return to the channel when she has good news to share.
Rather than completely stepping away from YouTube, Song Ji Hyo described the break as a period of restructuring as she prepares for a future return.
