Kwon Eun Bi returned to a live broadcast just three days after being involved in a minor car accident, reassuring fans as she made a surprise appearance as a weather presenter.
On September 16, Kwon Eun Bi appeared on JTBC’s Morning &, where she temporarily transformed into a weather presenter and delivered the forecast in a calm and steady voice.
Her appearance came shortly after her agency announced that the vehicle carrying her was involved in a contact accident on September 13 while traveling to a scheduled activity.
Following the accident, her agency said Kwon Eun Bi was resting while her condition was being checked.
A fan signing event scheduled for the same day was canceled as a precaution, while her remaining activities were to be decided depending on her condition.
Three days later, Kwon Eun Bi appeared healthy during the live broadcast as she confidently presented the weather.
She also briefly introduced her new digital single DEJAVU, which marks her first comeback in one year and four months.
Kwon Eun Bi said, “Through this album, I tried to show both the musical tastes I have built over time and some new changes.”
She added, “I hope the refreshing and stylish music will make your autumn more enjoyable.”
Drawing on her previous experience as a radio DJ, Kwon Eun Bi delivered the weather report with a composed tone, showing a different side from the energetic image she is known for on stage.
