On September 14, IU’s official YouTube channel *이지금 [IU Official]* released a behind the scenes video titled *“[IU TV] Crime: Crazy Soulmate,”* featuring moments from the filming of her music video for *Dear my crazy soulmate*.
In the video, IU was seen preparing snacks for Kim Young Ok and Na Moon Hee, who appeared in the music video. To buy popular rice cakes as a gift, IU visited a rice cake shop early in the morning.
The singer and actress reportedly arrived at 7 AM to purchase the items, marking the first time in her life that she participated in an “open run,” a term used for arriving early before a store opens to buy limited or popular products.
IU shared her respect and affection for the two senior actresses by personally choosing and preparing the gift rather than simply arranging snacks.
The behind the scenes footage also showed IU, Kim Young Ok, and Na Moon Hee creating a special chemistry during filming, bringing together different generations of artists.
Meanwhile, IU recently released her new song *Dear my crazy soulmate* and has been focusing on managing her health after her company announced adjustments to some schedules due to her condition.
