TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has reached another major milestone in Japan with their fifth Japanese single Setsuna Hanabi.
According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), Setsuna Hanabi has surpassed 250,000 cumulative shipments, earning an official Platinum certification.
The achievement marks TXT’s second Platinum-certified release of 2026, following their eighth Korean mini album 7TH YEAR: The Moment the Wind Paused in the Thornbush, which was released in April. With the latest certification, TXT now has 17 RIAJ-certified releases overall.
The RIAJ awards Gold certification for shipments of at least 100,000 copies, Platinum for 250,000, Double Platinum for 500,000, Triple Platinum for 750,000, and Million certification for one million.
TXT has built a strong certification record in Japan. CHIKAI previously earned Triple Platinum, while The Star Chapter: TOGETHER, Starkissed, SWEET, and GOOD BOY GONE BAD received Double Platinum certifications.
Meanwhile, Setsuna Hanabi, 7TH YEAR: The Moment the Wind Paused in the Thornbush, The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY, The Name Chapter: FREEFALL, The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION, and Chaotic Wonderland have all achieved Platinum status.
The title track Setsuna Hanabi has also delivered some of TXT’s strongest digital chart results in Japan. It became the group’s first song to reach No. 1 on Oricon’s Weekly Digital Singles Ranking, topping the chart dated August 31.
The song also gave TXT their first No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s Hot 100 during the August 17–23 tracking period. It additionally topped Billboard Japan’s Hot Shot Songs and Download Songs charts during the same period.
With more than 250,000 shipments and new career-best digital chart results, Setsuna Hanabi further highlights TXT’s strong presence in the Japanese music market.
