EXO’s Kai shared a funny update about his stock investment, revealing that he is still worried about the Samsung Electronics shares he previously bought.
On September 3, Kai appeared in a new episode of Jeongwaja uploaded to the ootb STUDIO YouTube channel. In the episode, he took part in an extracurricular activity as a Google student ambassador.
When told that the activity involved a major company, Kai immediately brought up Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix.
He joked, “Samsung and Hynix are coming to mind right now. I’m honestly having a hard time. Why did you take me there back then? Why me?”
The production team then asked whether he had managed to sell his Samsung Electronics shares.
Kai responded with another joke, saying, “You said it was going to 5 million won. My heart needs an ambulance right now. It’s a mess.”
Later, while talking with students participating in the program, one student mentioned having previously taken part in activities connected to Samsung.
Kai quickly asked, “Can you give me some useful advice about my stock price right now?”
The student replied that they were in a similar situation, prompting Kai to laugh and ask, “You’re stuck too? This is driving me crazy.”
Kai’s comments were made in a casual and humorous setting, with the EXO member joking about the frustration of holding a stock investment that had not performed as he had hoped.
