BTS’s Jungkook created a touching moment during his birthday concert after leaving the stage to personally give his birthday shirt and crown to a fan using a wheelchair.
On September 1 local time, BTS performed at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles as part of the group’s world tour, ARIRANG in LA. The concert fell on Jungkook’s birthday, and fans throughout the stadium celebrated by lighting up the venue and singing a birthday song for him.
During the celebration, Jungkook was wearing a special birthday T shirt and a crown that fellow BTS member Jin had placed on his head.
Jungkook then walked toward the side of the stage, placed the crown down, removed his birthday shirt, and made his way into the audience area.
He approached a fan in a wheelchair and personally handed over the shirt before placing his birthday crown on the fan’s head.
The unexpected interaction quickly gained attention among fans online, with many describing the moment as both emotional and memorable.
It was not the first time Jungkook had personally approached a wheelchair using fan during a BTS concert.
During BTS’s Love Yourself: Speak Yourself concert at Stade de France in Paris in 2019, Jungkook also went toward a fan using a wheelchair and held the fan’s hand.
At the time, Jungkook reportedly told the fan, “Thank you so much for coming.” The fan later described the concert as “the most beautiful moment of my life.”
Jungkook has become known for showing appreciation to ARMY in different ways over the years, but his latest birthday interaction stood out because he personally left the stage area to share two items connected to his own celebration with a fan.
The moment came as Jungkook celebrated his birthday together with BTS members and thousands of ARMYs during the Los Angeles stop of the group’s world tour.
